  • Relationship, 50-minute sessions are for you and your partner(s) to improve communication, sexual, or other concerns in a safe, experiential environment.

  • Therapy groups are an effective way to increase support, make social connections, and learn about yourself in a relational environment. Topics vary by group and term. You can learn more about upcoming groups here.

  • Whether you're simply looking for a brief evaluation and letter for gender-affirming care, or you'd like longer term therapy, I'm happy to provide both. Care-letter evaluations are currently offered on a sliding-scale.
