    I completed my internship with The Cupcake Girls, a local non-profit providing wraparound services to former and current s3x workers and trafficking survivors.

    Our work focused on trauma recovery, clarifying personal values, setting boundaries in relationships, and learning to live authentically.

    I completed my practicum with the Portland State University (P.S.U.) Community Counseling Clinic. I was supported by a peer and faculty supervisor while engaging in an experiential skills course.

    Our work focused on relational dynamics and conflict, navigating work boundaries, and exploring the impact of one's past on the present.

Conachan Counseling LLC

In August 2023, I was approved as a Registered Associate and opened my own private practice. Thus far, I have helped clients navigate sex and sexuality, gender identity, relationship issues, mental health concerns, and emotional regulation.
