FAQs

  • Yes, I am accepting new clients! If you’re interested in working together and would like to schedule a free, 20-minute consultation, you can request an appointment here.

  • While my approach varies depending on the client and their goals for treatment, I lean towards particular approaches that align with my values and view of mental health. My main approaches include Internal Family Systems (IFS), The Developmental Model (Bader & Pearson), Humanistic or Person-Centered, Strengths-Based, Social Justice/Multicultural, and Feminist.

  • I offer services between Sunday and Thursday (with the exception of Tuesdays) via telehealth and in-person. I provide in-person sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

  • I see clients Sunday through Thursday, with the exception of Tuesday, from late morning to evening. Hours varying depending on the day but are typically late morning until evening.

  • 20-minute initial consultations are free of charge. Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes and range in fee depending on the service.

Those who are able to pay a higher fee will support those in need of sliding-scale services. If you'd like to explore working together and are experiencing financial difficulties, please let me know so we can discuss your situation further.

  • As a pre-licensed clinician, I am required to consult with a supervisor to ensure best practices and care. Supervisors never join therapy sessions, though I do check-in with them monthly about my work with clients. I share only what is necessary for supervision, which is under the same limits to confidentiality as client sessions.

  • As a pre-licensed clinician in private practice, I am unable to accept most insurances. However, I may be able to accept PacificSource OHP.

For any insurance, I'm happy to provide superbills for out-of-network benefits. Please note that clients likely won't be reimbursed, as I am pre-licensed. If you have further questions, schedule a consultation so we can discuss your needs further.

  • My clients are often LGBTQIA+ adults who grew up in conservative families and faith communities and are seeking to improve their sexual, relational, and spiritual lives. Many clients are neurodivergent, autistic, and/or navigating non-monogamy. That said, clients of all identities and backgrounds are welcome.
